E-ULT is a general purpose non-contact ultrasonic level transmitter for small tanks 49.2" (1.25 m) or less. E-ULT enables flexible design applications for system integration or retrofit of floats, conductance and pressure sensors. The E-ULT is well-suited for fluid handling and chemical feed applications integrating process or control automation of small tanks mounted on tools, skids or machines. The rugged PVDF enclosure is ideal for a wide range of corrosive, waste or slurry type media, and can be broadly selected for atmospheric day tank, process vessel or dispenser, pump lift station and waste sump applications. Level indication can be monitored using a local display or controlled through a PLC.
When connected to an E-S420MA-24V Sensor Converter using 2-wire cable, the E-ULT will send fluid level status information to an E-2D/5D/16D up to 1000 feet away from the E-S420MA-24V. The fluid level can be monitored remotely by connecting to the E-2D/5D/16D through an Ethernet connection. Additionally, the E-2D/5D/16D can be configured to send alerts via email, SMS, SNMP, and syslog when fluid levels reach configurable values.
