NTI Introduces Small, Affordable 2-Port PS/2 KVM Switch
at NetWorld+Interop Trade Show

LAS VEGAS, NV: Network Technologies Inc announced today at the Networld+Interop trade show the introduction of its new KEEMUX-P2-LC, a smaller, more affordable alternative to their standard 2-port KVM switch. Sales associate Matt Bolton, who will be demonstrating the switch during the show, stated, "Our newest KEEMUX switch provides easy, low cost desktop management in a case that fits in the palm of your hand. One user controls two PS/2 computers with one keyboard, monitor and mouse. This represents a simple way for users to obtain maximum value at minimum cost." Users gain:

  • More space - Clears the desktop of three peripherals; considerably smaller than standard 2-port switches.
  • More time - Eliminates the time wasted moving from one set of peripherals to another.
  • More money - Saves the expense of one keyboard, monitor and mouse; costs less than other switches.

The KEEMUX-P2-LC is priced at $95.00 and is immediately available from stock. Compatible with all PS/2-style PCs and laptops, HP9000, Silicon Graphics and IBM RS6000 workstations, and Intellimouse, the switch has an autoscan feature so that users can scan both computers to catch system failures early. Measuring just 4-3/4" x 3-1/8" x 1", the switch supports 1900x1200 video resolution with no degradation, and draws its power from the attached computers.
